How To Order

 

STEP 1
Select items and click ADD TO CART

STEP 2
When done, click VIEW CART. Enter COUPONS if any, and select SHIPPING METHOD.

STEP 3
Click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. Fill in your contact details. Double check details are correct.

STEP 4
Click PLACE ORDER. This will confirm your order. Order details will also be sent to your email.

STEP 5
Make payment by direct bank deposit or online transfer. Bank details are on the order page, and in your order email. Please use Order # as the reference when making payment.

STEP 6
Once done, email proof of transfer to shop@mail.sharonchin.com.

STEP 7
Your item will be shipped once funds have cleared. You will receive an email with the tracking no.

 


Shipping

Where do you ship?

Due to Covid restrictions, as of Jan 2021, we only ship to Malaysia and Singapore.

How do you ship?

Within Malaysia, fororders RM500 and below, we use Pos Laju. For orders RM500 and above, we use DHL.

To Singapore, we use Pos Malaysia registered mail service.

What are the shipping rates?

We use flat rates for all orders.

Within Malaysia, the flat rate is RM10.

To Singapore, the flat rate is RM25.

When can I expect my order?

We ship packages once a week, on Monday.

For orders within Malaysia, estimated delivery time from date of shipping is 2 – 5 business days.

For orders to Singapore, estimated delivery time is 4 weeks from date of shipping.

What if my package is lost or damaged in the mail?

We use reliable shipping services and package your orders carefully. However, we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping.

We’re human, and will do our best to help resolve any problems you may have.


Payment

What are the payment options?

Payment is by direct bank deposit or online transfer into our Malaysian bank account.

Bank details are on the page when you click CONFIRM ORDER, and in the email sent you.

Your order will be shipped once payment has cleared in our account.


Packaging

How are items packaged?

To reduce single-use plastics, products are shipped using minimal packaging that still protects the items. For the plastic layer we try to use repurposed plastics. We avoid bubble wrap or standard plastic mailers whenever possible.

Flat or delicate items (e.g. prints and original artworks) are wrapped in acid-free tissue, placed inside a clear plastic bag, sandwiched between two sheets of corrugated cardboard and mailed in a paper envelope.


Personal Data

Do you keep my personal information?

No. We do not ask you to create an account when ordering. We do not keep your contact details or personal data. Your information is deleted once the order is completed.
